Monthly 1-ON-1 Coaching
Service Description
This service is designed for graduates of the Starter Package and individuals actively pursuing health and fitness goals. Included are weekly motivational calls with Derek as well as the following: 1. I provide tailored workouts for you to follow that will allow you to focus on the areas you want to grow the most that will also increase the aesthetics of your physique. 2. I provide clear nutrition targets (I.e. macronutrients) to help you meet your goals. This is a constantly fluctuating process that often requires some fine tuning to reach your goal in the fastest time possible. With that, some people like to continue eating the foods they like, where others prefer a grocery shopping list with very precise measurements of each food to eat at each meal. (We can discuss what you’d prefer to maximize sustainability) 3. Once a week we will jump on a call (30-60 min) to see how we can improve/modify the workouts and/or nutrition to make sure you’re doing everything you can to see your goals met. 4. I am constantly creating guides and resources (Ex: The Best Protein Sources Guide) that I will share with you for you to have or discuss with me. My goal is to not only provide you with everything you need to build a solid physique but to also help you build a system of habits that will outlast my program. Let's begin today!
